6-week master class

Pranayama is a means to bring focus and calm to the mind, For this to happen, we need to cultivate a practice that is pleasant and easeful. One that progressively moves us to a deeper of awareness of our breath and inner body experience.
Over this 6 weeks you will learn how pranayama can be a great support for physical & mental wellbeing as well as a pathway to the deeper practice of meditation.
Each master class will include the practice of relevant asanas, pranayama and meditation.
This course is open to anyone interested in understanding the powerful practice of breath awareness and control.
Note: this master class series is limited to 5 people to ensure personalised instruction.
