These are general classes suitable for all levels of experience.
Exploring the use of breath as a guide for movement, balancing effort with ease, and prioritising functional movement. Classes may be strengthening and revitalising or restful and calming dependent on the time of the day and the energy of the group as a whole. Class numbers are limited to 5 per class therefore, pre-booking and prepayment is necessary.
