Group Yoga Classes
Barbara prefers to teach outside of a typical ‘yoga studio’ environment and offers a small number of group classes from her home studio. Her classes are very relaxed and friendly with a maximum of five students in each class. This creates space for each student to receive personalised attention and guidance.
Yoga for Svastha – Group Classes
These are general classes suitable for all levels of experience.
Exploring the use of breath as a guide for movement, balancing effort with ease, and prioritising functional movement. Classes may be strengthening and revitalising or restful and calming dependant on the time of the day and the energy of the group as a whole.
Classes run in 5 week blocks, pre-booked and prepaid.
Yoga for Healthy Ageing
In these classes, we focus on four key components of healthy ageing: strength, mobility, agility, and balance.
Using the breath as a guide for movement, we balance effort with ease and prioritise functional movement. These classes are suitable for all age groups and yoga experience.
Classes run in 5-week blocks, pre-booked and prepaid.
Pregnancy yoga classes are gentle yet strengthening and are perfect whether discovering yoga for the first time or expanding on previous experience.
Barbara has been teaching pregnancy yoga since 2007 and has encouraged and prepared hundreds of women for a calm birthing experience.

Group Yoga Therapy Classes
These are specialised classes for students for whom attending a regular yoga class may not be suitable. They are designed to educate and nourish participants with practices that help ease symptoms and build resilience.
Participants are provided with personal programs for home practice that will facilitate progress towards their personal goals.
